When will AM niche be available on the App Store?
We aim to release a public version as soon as possible—hopefully within a couple of months from now (end of January 2025).
Bear in mind, we’re a small team of just three people, with only one engineer currently working as a full-stack developer. We’re actively seeking investors, and with funding, we’ll be able to hire more people and speed up the process.
What are we doing to ensure AM niche isn’t just a TestFlight application?
We’re building our own backend to allow users to create profiles and share information with friends.

Why is the app only for iOS?
The app is currently iOS-only because our engineer specialises in iOS development alongside many other roles. While we could have started with a cross-platform solution like React Native to release on both iOS and Android simultaneously, we prioritised quality.
This approach also allowed us to focus on testing the product effectively. By leveraging deep expertise in iOS, we could build and refine the app more efficiently without compromising its quality.
Following a lean approach, it’s vital to learn from users and collect feedback quickly, so we decided to focus on what we know best.
How do I create a trip note?
You can create a trip note after selecting at least one activity from the search results. Here’s how:
- Open an itinerary from our curated list or perform a search (via the “Search” tab).
- Choose at least one activity and tap the “Add to Trip” button.
- Select “New Trip,” edit or keep the proposed title, choose a date and time (optional), and tap “Done.”
Your trip note is now created! You can add as many activities as you like.
Alternatively, from an itinerary or the search results page, scroll to the very end and tap “Save All to Trip.” Then:
- Select “New Trip,” edit or keep the proposed title, choose a date and time (optional), and tap “Done.”
Your trip note is created, ready to be filled with as many activities as you’d like.
What is the difference between “Add to Trip” and “Save All to Trip”?
“Add to Trip” lets you add a specific activity to a trip note.
“Save All to Trip” adds all activities from the search results to a trip note in one go.
How can I suggest a destination?
If you’d like to suggest a destination—or even better, an itinerary—that you think is niche (and nice), just send us an email with the subject line “Itinerary for Curated.” We’ll review it, and if it aligns with our style, we’ll add it to our curated list, crediting you with your name or nickname (your choice).

What does it mean to be a Beta User?
Our iOS app is not yet available on the App Store, although it has been built and is in working condition. The main reason it is not on the App Store yet is because we are still working on a service that we would like to have.
Currently, the app is functioning perfectly, all the main functionalities are there, and it has been approved by Apple.
Before releasing our version to the App Store, we would like to invite an exclusive group of users to try the app and share as much feedback as possible with us. This is a crucial step for us because it will mean talking directly to users—people who can help us analyse any feedback to work better on our next steps.
This exclusive crew is called, in tech jargon, “Beta users.”
How can I become a Beta user?
To become a Beta user for our app, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@amniche.com with the subject line “Beta User Request.”
- Provide Your Email Address: Include your email address in the message to facilitate the invitation process.
- Download TestFlight: Install the TestFlight app from the App Store.
- Receive Invitation: We will send you an invitation link via email.
- Install the App: Open the invitation link on your device to install the “AM niche” app through TestFlight.
Please note: TestFlight allows you to test beta versions of apps and provides valuable feedback to developers before they release their apps on the App Store.
